The Maris is one of Natale’s two story neighborhood floor plans offered in Miller’s Crossing. The size of this home ranges from 2,999 to 3,296 square feet. The Maris offers 3 - 5 bedrooms, 2.5 - 4.5 bathrooms, and 2+ garage spaces.

When the garage is right-justified, upon entering through the front door, you will encounter the foyer and a den/study area on the left. Proceeding towards the back of the house, you will come across the dining room, while directly across the hallway is a half bathroom. The dining room provides access to the kitchen and dinette space, as well as the generously-sized great room. Adjacent to the great room is a flex room that can be utilized for any desired purpose. Additionally, the mudroom, which includes a closet and laundry room, is located off the great room, leading to the garage.

Upon reaching the second floor, you can take advantage of the balcony, which provides a view of the open foyer and great room below. Towards the right side of the floor, you will find the primary bedroom, featuring a primary bathroom and a sizable walk-in closet.
