How it works
- Meet the member of the sales team you’ll be working with
- Ask questions and address expectations so you have a thorough understanding of the homebuilding process
- Align your budget with your ‘must-haves’
- Determine which type of financing is required (if applicable)
- Find the right lender for you (if applicable)
- Ensure your home site is ‘buildable’ if building offsite or outside of a Natale Neighborhood or
- Select a desirable home site within a Natale Neighborhood
- Consider direction of home, garage orientation, etc. when making your selection
- Meet the Architectural Designer to begin designing your home from scratch or
- Select a plan from the Natale Neighborhoods archive and determine necessary modifications
- Review your home’s specifications, included features and available investments
- Sign a contract to commence the drafting of your floor plans
- Meet the Project Manager and Interior Designer who will work with you during the construction and design phases
- Review and approve your floor plan
Selections
- Work with our Interior Designer to select all exterior and interior finishes
- Tour your home once building has concluded
- Close on your home once all contingencies have been satisfied
