As you step into the first floor of the Lucia, an impressive two-story foyer welcomes you. When the garage is located on the right side of the home, the dining room is located to the left of the foyer, and to the right, the den/study. Moving towards the rear, you’ll pass by a convenient half bathroom before reaching the entertaining space at the back of the house.
